* Open bittorrent application.
what you have is like
* click properties as circled.
* In the options, see maximum upload rate is zero.
Just remove the zero and replace it with one.
Bingo! Its done!

Do it for all the files which are downloading.
Now what happened is when you download a file through torrentz, the file gets uploaded too. As your internet speed is limited (including upload and download) you have to suck all speed for downloading... For example speed is 100kbps, Now while downloading, some speed is used for uploading the file too. But when you do this... You will limit the speed to 1kbps for upload and now you will get 99kbps of speed!! This is because 0 transfer rate means unlimited transfer rate and you had limited it now!
